In a sacred place of mist and fern and mighty, moss-clad trees, I stood before the Vortex. From below me came the rhythms of the Earth. From above me came the whispers of sky and star and gentle moon.
And here, I stood before the Vortex.
And in that Vortex was the light. And in that Vortex the dark. And from that Vortex came a harmony of what is Highest and what is Lowest and what sits balanced in between.
From that Harmony came a song and in that song was contained all things. A far off whisper. A blessed vibration. Within and without. My heart and Her heart and His heart as one.
I stepped into the Vortex and I was no more and this world was no more.
Only the dance remained. Only the light. Only the dark. Only the endless spiral of life and death and life again.
For all else ceased to be.
Thank you for your time and attention.
